Ensuring successful compliance with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs’ (OFCCP) laws and regulations requires a high level of expert assistance. While these obligations can be challenging for federal contractors, our many years of direct experience has found that the best course of action for compliance is the implementation of early proactive measures which prevent potential problem areas and minimize corporate risk.
Our approach seeks to assist federal contractors from being surprised or uncertain about whether their practices are in compliance. Through proper planning, internal assessments and forecasting we can leverage evaluative tools to project and measure the success of equal employment opportunity business practices in the corporate structure as a standard operating practice. Piercing Strategies’ objective is to help federal contractors build, sustain, improve and strengthen their capacities to identify and mitigate any potential problems.
