You receive all materials (facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessments, slide decks), train-the-trainer certification for your team, quarterly strategy check-ins with Piercing Strategies, and ongoing program updates. This approach reduces per-cohort costs by 40-50% while building sustainable internal leadership capacity.
How is licensing different from having you deliver programs?
With direct delivery, Piercing Strategies facilitates every cohort. With licensing, we certify YOUR facilitators to deliver PowerUp using our complete materials and methodology. You gain ownership and flexibility to scale at your pace, while we provide oversight, quality assurance, and ongoing support. Every license includes at least one Piercing Strategies-delivered cohort per year for quality control and ROI validation.
