We’re excited to announce our partnership with DC SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) to launch their Senior HR Leadership Development Program—a strategic solution designed to address a critical need for their senior members.
The Challenge
DC SHRM’s senior HR members were clear about what they needed: strategic leadership development that would help them elevate their impact and advance their careers. But they were equally clear about what they didn’t want:

❌ Lengthy commitments that don’t respect their busy schedules

The question: How do we provide meaningful, high-impact leadership development that truly serves our senior members?
The Solution
Working closely with DC SHRM leadership, we designed a 14-week Senior HR Leadership Development Program specifically tailored to their members’ needs:

- Connection with other senior HR peers in the DC metro area
- Hybrid format with minimal work disruption

- 14-week hybrid program (2 in-person + 3 virtual sessions)
- Only 20-25 hours total commitment over 14 weeks
- Content designed specifically for senior HR challenges
- Cohort of 30 DC-area senior HR leaders
- Immediate application—tools used while learning
The Program
The DC SHRM Senior HR Leadership Development Program develops five core strategic capabilities:

- Strategic HR Leadership & Organizational Impact – Getting HR initiatives funded and prioritized
- Team Effectiveness & Organizational Culture – Leading high-performing teams and culture transformation

Participants receive pre/post leadership assessments, all program materials, Success Circle peer check-ins, SHRM/HRCI continuing education credits, and access to a powerful network of DC-area senior HR leaders.
