We’ve been engaged by a Fortune 500 insurance company to co-create and deliver the PowerUp Leadership Development Program, a comprehensive initiative designed to enhance leadership capabilities of high-performing leaders across their organization.

The organization operates in 21 markets worldwide with over 14,000 employees. Recognizing the need to develop senior leadership capabilities and strengthen their leadership pipeline, the company chose to invest in a structured development program for leaders who have demonstrated strong performance and future potential.

This program aligns with the company’s strategic initiative to equip the business to succeed by empowering people to learn, grow and thrive. The PowerUp program specifically targets leaders at the Director to VP level with high performance ratings, selected through a competitive application process involving anonymous review by a cross-functional selection committee.

Our Customized Approach

We’re delivering a tailored 14-week leadership development experience through several key components:

  • Six targeted workshops addressing core leadership competencies including Leading Teams, Relationships and Influence, Setting Strategy, and Executing for Results
