Collaborative Design and Delivery
The PowerUp program represents a strategic collaboration between Piercing Strategies and Assurant, featuring extensive customization to meet Assurant’s specific leadership development needs. The program included customized 360-degree assessments, six targeted workshops mapped to Assurant’s leadership competencies, group coaching sessions, structured application assignments, and a comprehensive manager engagement strategy.
One of the most powerful outcomes was the organic formation of peer support networks, with all small coaching groups independently deciding to continue meeting quarterly beyond the formal program—demonstrating lasting value and sustainable behavior change.
